HK POM Sp. Z oo manufactures steel structures for buildings, such as industrial or sports halls, as well as contract-related steel structures for the mechanical engineering sector, mainly heavier components, such as power plants or ship components.

The manufacturing possibilities are:

Plasma cutting up to 15 mm
Cutting sheet metal up to 16 mm
Cutting thermal sheets up to 150 mm
Punching on presses up to 160 tons
Sheet metal rolls up to 16 mm thick and 3150 mm wide
Bending sheets to 8 mm thickness and 4000 mm width
Bending profiles no more than 300 mm
Cutting bars with a band saw Ø 450
Drilling holes with an accuracy of 0,02 mm
Welding of non-alloy structural steel by methods: semi-automatic welding with a gas-consuming electrode (MIG / MAG) - 135
Manual arc welding with covered electrode (E) - 111
Welding with a submerged arc electrode (K) - 121
Surface preparation - blast cleaning according to PN-ISO 8501-1 (Sa3, Sa2 1/2, Sa2, Sa1).
