Omkon is certified for welding according to EN ISO 3834-2 and EN 1090-2 execution class EXC3 and has a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015.
The products of the Omkon company from Izmir include industrial plants, factory buildings, steel bridges, storage structures, machine platforms and other welded steel parts.
Omkon operates from two factories in Izmir on the west coast of Turkey and regularly ships to Europe.
Norway, Sweden, Italy, Germany, France and the Netherlands are some of the delivery destinations for 2022.
One of the factories consists of 4 production halls, each equipped with 10-ton overhead cranes - a total of 3500 square meters of closed production area on 5000 square meters of land.
Another factory has a 1300 m² closed production hall on a 2500 m² site, equipped with 40 ton overhead cranes for heavy construction elements.
With a manufacturing capacity of 200-300 tons per month, Omkon realizes fast production lead times. Omkon uses certified raw materials from well-known manufacturers of industry-standard steel sections and plates and includes the material quality certificates with the manufacturing documentation.
Omkon does not carry out project detailing but expects projects to be provided by customers in a ready-to-manufacture engineering drawing package.
Omkon welcomes quality control performed by customers as well as third-party quality control.
