This includes cutting with the latest laser technology, automated welding techniques, edging, turning, drilling, milling and coating in the in-house blasting and paint shop.

As a result, we are able to implement demanding and special solutions or “emergency operations” at short notice. Production according to the customer's design specifications (by providing drawings) in the areas of container construction, distributors and collectors (high-pressure parts), steel construction, apparatus construction, special construction construction (up to about 20 tons unit weight and 30 mm wall thickness)
Production according to DIN EN ISO norms (international norms and standards as well as various company standards) in the areas of pipe holders, pipe clamps, pipe brackets, pipe saddles, sliding guides, support structures and special supports (consoles, supports, portals, bridges, etc.), pipe fittings and transition pieces. (special shapes also possible), own pipe holder (catalog)

Manufacture of pipe fittings of all types and designs
Reductions: eccentric / concentric, tees, branches / nozzles, special fittings: wall thicknesses up to 50 mm, clear widths up to 2000 mm
All common standard materials, such as S235, P265, S355, P355, fine-grain structural steels P460, heat-resistant materials 16Mo3, 13CrMo4-5, 10CrMo9-10, austenitic / corrosion-resistant steels 1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4539, duplex steels.
