thermal + ltd was founded in 2013 as a company focused on metal processing and complex construction works. The company's main focus is on the production and development of components made of steel, aluminum alloys and stainless steel. The production of components and devices takes place from the structural design through machining to the final phase of paint application.
Mechanical engineering focuses mainly on the processing of metals, profiles, bars and tubes using technologies such as:
- Cutting - sawing (profiles, tubes, rods, rods)
- To bend
- laser cutting
- Welding (MIG, MAG, TIG processes – steel, aluminium, stainless steel) -grinding, grinding
- Drill
- Wet painting, painting (room size 4.000 x 8.000 mm)
We also offer the processing of semi-finished products/products by machining (milling, drilling, grinding and turning).
In addition, we also offer surface treatment:
- powder coating
- blasting (sandblasting)
- Hot-dip galvanizing
We use SOLID WORKS 2D/3D programs to create design drafts and workshop documentation, model drafts and drawings.
We also carry out static calculations of the load-bearing capacity of structures according to the customer's specifications.
In 2018, we integrated a Trumpf CNC laser processing center with a power of 4 kW into our production. The maximum size of the machined metal plates is 2.000 x 4.000 mm.
The maximum material thickness during firing is: mild steel - 20 mm, stainless steel - 15 mm, aluminum alloys - 12 mm.
Our company specializes in the production of off-the-shelf metal products, single-purpose machines, machine equipment and the manufacture of custom-made structures. The majority of our production consists of steel and aluminum products. In our production we use modern technologies for measurement and final inspection.
We are proud holders of ISO certificates ISO:9001, 14001, 45001. We attach great importance to an individual approach to our customers. We also strive to achieve the highest possible quality of our production. We have a fully equipped locksmith workshop with a production area of 1.550 m2, where we offer:
- Manufacture of steel structures - beams from closed profiles with a length of up to 12.000 mm
- Manufacture and assembly of prefabricated steel structures
- Manufacture and assembly of constructions for machines and machine systems
- Manufacture of roofing, awnings, canopies and various types of railing systems. Manufacture of certified hanging balconies and balcony structures
- Production of metal tables, worktables and stands for various workplaces
- Production of protective elements for workplaces
- Production of transport containers for industry (glass, waste, bulk and powder)
- Production of roller conveyors
- Production of metal and aluminum transport pallets for various industries
- Production and development of bearing steel structures (shelves) for logistic warehouses
