ZYD-Szer offers heat treatment such as stress relieving, soft annealing, normalizing, hardening and tempering.

ZYD-Szer was founded in 1994 in Eger, the seat of Heves county.
The company is owned by domestic private individuals who are also responsible for the management of the company. When it was founded, our main activity was the production of screwdriver blades, as a supplier for a German company.
We are currently producing stamped parts and deal with heat treatment (mainly replacement hardening with carburizing in gas).

We mass-produce metal parts for domestic and Asian partners, and develop the tools necessary for mass production in the preparation phase.

As a manufacturer and service provider, we offer our customers professional support from engineering and prototype construction of tools to series production.

Heat treatment:

The procedures we use are:
• Stress relief annealing
• Soft annealing
• Normalizing
• hardening
• Starting
• Refinement

After the treatment, the result is checked by tear testing.

We use nitrogen as the protective gas.

Our ovens:

2 Prothermo-Hofmann heat treatment furnace, type PAL-300G. Maximum temperature: 650 ˚
